Why H.O.W? because how we sensitive souls treat our bodies, effects us physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, and is different than the rest of the world.  Each energy type influences the other. I help you to find balance with coaching and programs designed specifically for you and your holistic needs . I am also a creative and artistic soul myself. I taught voice and piano for over 16 years, but have been a singer/songwriter/musician for as long as I can remember, performing and doing vocals on others projects.  In addition to this I have also done voice-overs as well as done publicity for others. I am even an HSP (Highly Sensitive Person), empath myself. So I get it! I can relate and understand, and it is my first and foremost goal, that you feel safe in being the beautifully sensitive being that you are, and that I provide that space for you to just be yourself.

I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as love and relationship,emotional and spiritual, as well as career and money. I will personally and carefully guide you to make simple, small changes that transform your life.

Most approaches to healthy eating dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. As these pieces accumulate, my clients find the changes collectively create a much larger impact than they originally expected.
